My History
My decades of experience in fundraising, communications and organizational development began after my graduation from the UC Berkeley. I honed my communications skills in my early career as a television producer—including Emmy Award-nominated work at the Public Broadcasting flagship station WNET in New York.
When I transitioned to fundraising, I found my passion ... helping organizations and individuals become the best they can be. My experience ranges across the non-profit sector—education, civic leadership, the environment and more. A winner of the Clarion Award for Women in Communication, I held senior leadership and development positions at such global non-profits as the Environmental Defense Fund, the YWCA and the National Audubon Society, to name a few. Additionally, I served as Executive Director of the U.S. office of World Animal Protection.
Equipped with this extensive range of experience and passionate about helping more organizations, I launched Anne Lieberman Consulting in 2017.
